We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. This role is critical to ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to ensure project efficiency
Resolve site issues promptly and effectively
Liaise with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and site logs
Enforce safety protocols and conduct routine site inspections
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 Years of experience as a site supervisor in civil construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with safety management and site documentation
