• Construction guidelines, including weather shade projections, building heights, and exterior color specifications, must be strictly followed.
• Roofing sheets must conform to park policies (white with grey accessories).
• No alterations are allowed to the roadside compound wall provided by the developers.

5. Amenities and Maintenance

Krishna Industrial Park provides amenities such as RCC roads, power infrastructure, security, streetlights, and water supply. Plot holders are responsible for maintaining their plots and complying with park policies related to parking and landscaping.

6. Parking Rules

Heavy vehicles must be parked in the designated common plot area. Improper parking in unauthorized areas may result in penalties.
